Paper Studies

This design brief was to “Create something that is Awe-some”, use only one repeated pattern that is cut out of bristol paper, and only use binder clips to hold them all together. I decided to create a space that inspired “Awe”! This paper space was intended to be a mock up of an environment that could serve as an installation for video performances and a variety of other creative settings. Once inside the outer lighting of choice would project into to the structure and in result it would create interior shapes with the shadows and light that was casted into the interior. The translucent structure would absorb and take form of the outer projected light creating an adjustable interior/environment.
